Tim Francis

Tim Francis is an Entrepreneur, Advisor and Investor based in Austin, TX.

He’s been a guest lecturer at Yale, NYU, and UTexas. He’s appeared on dozens of podcasts and webinars, as well as the websites of Forbes and Inc. Magazine.

In his work, he’s participated in over 150 board meetings. He’s saved 11 companies from bankruptcy and found over $200K in profit in under 90 days on multiple occasions.

Tim’s a master of building teams and process. After completing 25 hiring projects on his own, he started Great Assistant, a team that completed 975 projects, placing Executive Assistants with Entrepreneurs.

Great Assistant landed on the 2022 FlexJobs Top-100 list at #87, beating out Gusto (#89) and Wikipedia (#94). It was Great Assistant’s second straight year making the list.

Tim is also known widely as a superconnector in Austin. He’s hosted private events with business celebrities like Gary Vaynerchuk, Emmy-award winner Chris Do, and Jeff Hoffman (Booking.com). Tim has produced VIP socials for UNESCO and supported events for SXSW.
